Description
To provide technical support and maintenance for in-house systems and hardware that includes installation.
Providing guidance of how to solve problems and questions.
Providing a professional, courteous and rapid response to the clients at all times.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Windows Server, familiarity with Microsoft.
To initiate and solve complex technical issues, adhere to the provided Service Level Agreements.
Following instructions are compulsory.
Perform any other duties and responsibility as and when assigned by Management.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant fields.
At least 4-6 years experiences in customer support field, of which, at least 2 years must be in the Support Team or Development Team.
ITIL-Certified practitioner is preferred.
Proficiency in both written & spoken language : English (Primary), Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Required skill(s) : Microsoft .NET product.
Experience in working with complex hardware & software environment with client-server based architecture.
Willingness to travel to customer site when required.
Willing to work over time or weekend if require.
Able to work independently with less guidance.
