Job Summary
Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks. Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or clients and communicate how to resolve issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications.
Responsibilities & Duties
Provide L2 support for Windows servers and database environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Collaborate with the L1 support team to ensure timely resolution of user issues and efficient escalation processes.
Document technical procedures, solutions, and system configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Troubleshooting, Incident Management & Resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
Min 4 years of experience in related role.
Strong knowledge of database and windows server administration, including experience with SQL Server, MySQL, Active Directory.
Strong Communication & Problem Resolution Skills.
