Supply Planner is responsible to execute and monitor the replenishment plan according to the concerns forecast of the business. This role requires to work mainly in IAF verticals, to support/achieve supply chain KPI targets of SEA entities. High priority performance indicators are On-time delivery, Late Backlog, Inventory and SLOBs.
Key accountabilities as follow:
Supply Planning:
Responsible for ensuring on-time delivery and optimum supply of inventory in the SG & ID DCs and subsequent timely replenishment of inventory to meet revenue commitments.
Provide timely supply analysis and recovery options to mitigate business risk (If applicable).
Actively engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to deliver business metrics.
Responsible for driving standard work and supply planning process improvement in IAF SEA.
Setup and validate to ensure high accuracy of planning parameters are maintained in ERP for finished products.
Inventory Management:
Drive analysis on inventory health (slow moving, obsolete, phase in-phase out) and provide visibility to stakeholders for inventory projection and action to achieve inventory target.
Manage and maintain accurate inventory list and item attributes in SEA for all verticals.
Purchasing Management:
Responsible for driving standardization and implementation of overall purchasing processes, policies, and procedures across SEA region
Responsible for negotiation with IAF suppliers on pricing and payment terms and ensure good quality of services and goods are procured and delivered.
Maintains proper documents filing system and work with Suppliers and Finance team to resolve any discrepancies of invoicing & payment issues.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
Education Qualification:
Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent
Technical Competence & Skills:
Ability work with team members located across SEA countries.
Proficient in Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP, as well as Power BI.
Ability to understand timely business needs and prioritize to achieve business needs.
A good team player, proactive and able to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and hands-on.
Strong negotiation and influencing skill; good analysis and interpersonal skills.
Process oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
Relevant Experience:
Min. 2-3 years relevant experience in MRP/MPS planning, Oracle, Inventory Planning and Management, Supply chain planning, International Trade and familiar with ISO 900 I :2000 Certification
