Job Description

Responsibilities:

Supply ChainManagement

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
  • Proficient in analyzing market product data and collaborating with the relevant department to continuously forecast demand.
  • Oversee the accuracy of demand forecasting, including improvements and tracking of deviations.
  • Propose solutions for unsalable inventory and develop plans for inventory reduction.
  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
  • All other duties or projects as assigned.

Merchandising Management

  • Oversee for new store merchandise planning and ordering.
  • Analyze sales data on merchandising decisions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with related departments for visual merchandising.
  • Communicate and collaborate with retail operations, business, marketing, and other related departments at office and headquarters to coordinate resources in support of marketing campaigns or project needs.
  • All other duties or projects as assigned.

Logistics Management

  • Oversee and manage logistics department including scheduling deliveries, coordinating with transporters, customs clearance-related matters in a timely manner.
  • Address any logistics challenges promptly to maintain uninterrupted supply chain operations.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
  • All other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong in processes and managing timeline.
  • Strong in analyzing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes advanced formulas.
  • Possesses a tenacious sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Strong self-driving force.
  • Mandarin as the working language, with English or Malay as a second language. Proficiency in both is required.
