- Supply Chain Business Operations Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand business requirements and source vendors for products and services
- Handles procurement, reduce cost and manage inventory
Analyze trend in the market and knows what products are aligned with business requirements- Update information in our vendor database board
Manage project requirement to ensure fulfilment is timely
- Communicate with respective departments to ensure stakeholders are aware of activities status all the time
Conduct market research, analyse and compare pricing information- Prepare SOP document to ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures
Update key information in systems, placing orders to suppliers, follow up shipment, and supplier payment.
- Supply Chain Business Operations Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration (Internship program students are encouraged to apply)
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
Interest in Supply chain, communicating with new suppliers and being able to cope with fast fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Computer proficiency, particularly with Excel spreadsheet
