Responsibilities:
- To coordinate, plan and execute of purchase spark plug material process, including FG, KD and small parts
- Responsible for execute Kniguris & BI system
- To monitor and control on inventory level and meet company requirements
- To monitor products receiving on schedule and support on production &sales demands
- To plan and prepare monthly KD parts -meeting, KD ordering & KD production plan
- To communicate with forwarder and custom department on imported shipment related issues, such as imported tax, sales tax & HS code issue
- To conduct back order meeting and activity to reduce back order of company
- To monitor and check forwarder custom clearing process
- To monitor the components parts, raw material tax exemption
- To monitor, assist in communicate, with 3rd party warehouse for parts delivery and stock condition
- To monitor and take action on slow moving & death stock items
- To monitor on inventory accuracy, responsible for cycle stock count activity
- To set up yearly Key Performance Index (KPI) for SMD related departments, monitor the execution and update.
- To do any other jobs assigned by other Division Managers, Assistant to Managing Director, OD or MD
- To monitor and take action on slow moving & dead stock items
- To monitor and handle cycle count stock take activity
Sales & Finished Goods Store:
- To monitor & support on finished goods store activity, including dispatch, storage, daily operations, 5S activity, audit compliances, workers issue, etc.
- To support on sales admin daily operations, such as dispatch, transporters issue, approved Sales Order etc.
- To monitor and support AM Sales PIC (Penang Office, in sales related task and small part export
Job Requirements:
- Education Background : Diploma / Degree in Logistics/ Business Management / Supply Chain or any related one
- Experience : Min 3-5 years of working experiences in supply chain in any manufacturing industry.
