Responsibilities: - Responsible for providing effective and efficient support to inventory relevant matters.
- Ensure stock accuracy by conducting regular inventory audits.
Implement and maintain inventory management systems- Schedule cycle count and stock take for stores and warehouse.
To conduct store / system audit - compliance to company SOP.
- Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and production schedules.
Corrective and prevention action to mitigate risk and recurrence of issues.- Process enhancement to be more operation friendly.
Setting up of standard guideline relevant to inventory matters.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements and transactions.
Prepare reports on inventory status, stock discrepancies, and other relevant metrics.
Work closely with 3PL to improve the process management of warehouse and transportation.- Review inventory regularly to keep sure stock is under a reasonable range.
Work with agency to finish custom clearance work.
- Supervises logistics activities, maintains & controls service levels consistent with customer and supplier needs and with company policy.
