Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supplier Sourcing Specialist to play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and managing overseas suppliers for our projects. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining supplier databases, conducting bidding processes, and ensuring cost-effective procurement practices. This position requires a strong understanding of negotiation techniques, project management, and relevant legal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify overseas suppliers for various projects.
Develop and maintain comprehensive databases for supplier information and pricing.- Regularly review existing suppliers and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Manage the bidding and procurement process, including drafting bid documents, organizing bids, and evaluating proposals.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the most favorable terms and conditions.
Select suppliers that best meet the needs and requirements of each project.- Collaborate with program production and stage design teams to ensure clear communication of procurement needs.
Monitor supplier performance throughout the sourcing, bidding, delivery, acceptance, and payment stages.
- Coordinate and improve supplier implementation processes to enhance project efficiency.
