Responsibilities
- Food Court Supervisor take care of the food court operation.
Supervise all workers to prepare food and drinks follow company's SOP- Do daily opening shop stock take and closing stock take
Prepare daily sales report for Operation Manager
- Responsible for the POS system inventory
Take care of daily sales collection and report to Operation Manager if got any issues- Handle tenants and report to Leasing teams for any issues
Take order and serve customers to make more sales
- Assist in cooking as and when required
Requirements
- With cooking experience is preferred but training will be provided.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience- Attractive salary package - basic + OT + Allowance + Incentive
EPF / Socso / EIS contribution
- Location in food court at TRX
