Summary
Performs supervisory and administrative duties associated with inspection personnel management
Coordinates the tasks and work plans of the non-conformance handling process
Ensure that all quality control activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Led shift QC Coordinators for non-compliance material quarantine activities (Including system and physical quarantine ) to prevent unintended use
Responsible for material flow, storage of parts, and accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system
Performs supervisory and administrative duties associated with inspection personnel management
Coordinates the tasks and work plans of the Quality assurance area
Observe and verify the accuracy and adequacy of the inspection activities and records
Generates and maintains quality metrics and reports, as required, and implements appropriate preventive/corrective actions (as needed) to improve quality
Identifies problems and proposes timely, cost-effective solutions that meet quality requirements
Provide training to production and quality control personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
Support in routine audit readiness activities
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality consciousness throughout the organization
Works with QA, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and other department personnel, as necessary, to support quality and business objectives
Assumes and performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry experience
Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulations, and standards (e.g., ISO 13485)
Experience with statistical tools and methods for quality control
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP System
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
