DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- To lead production function in achieving delivery, quality, cost, safety, production documents and efficiency objectives.
- To ensure line leader, material handlers are motivated and competent to meet customers requirements.
- To set performance measurement and drive to achieving targets.
- To coordinate with other functions in achieving production targets.
- To initiate and drive improvement activities for cost saving, quality, efficiency, delivery, and safety.
- To update production status to superior.
- To ensure good housekeeping and safety at all time.
- To ensure effectiveness on arrangement for overtime.
- To ensure effectiveness on arrangement for lines and machines loading.
- To ensure stock take results are accurate and efficient.
- To ensure material are control within the jo. No accumulation of EM materials are allowed.
- To ensure production during the weekend and night shift are performed with sufficient control and safety.
- REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicant must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor degree in electronic or electrical field, or equivalent.
- Has at least 2 years working experience in manufacturing and SMT.
- Good Computer skills, including MS Office Excel and Word.
- Applicant must be Malaysian citizen and willing to work in Tebrau, Johor Bahru.
- Two (2) position available.
