Position Purpose & Summary:
Oversee the overall day to day Assembly production line for 200mm Reticle & SMIF pods.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Meeting output targets (overall production schedule, quality and zero safety issue)
Make sure operators meet the performance intended, monitor productivity and provide coaching.
Ensure working environment is safe, and healthy.
Have the capability to identify, analyze and resolve problems.
Provide input as and when required to help solve day to day production issues in the line.
Ensure production work are done according to SOP, WI procedure and in proper order.
Work well with others supporting team to achieve target and goals.
Perform production reporting (Output reports, scrap reports, ETQ submissions, etc) and other documentations required.
Review Work orders on a timely manner prior to run and have proper planning to ensure all materials are available.
Do Communication pass down (Tier boards) & vital information to oncoming shift.
Perform other duties assigned.
Accountability:
Able to meet quality and work order output as given by Planner / assign by Senior supervisor with Zero quality and safety issues.

Academic Qualification:
Diploma & with at least 2 years working experience in production area with strong leadership skill.

Leadership skills, proven experience as a supervisor, have good communication and organization skills, good knowledge in MS office, professional appearance and attitude, high integrity and work ethic, have an eye for details / accuracy, proactive attitude.
