1) Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with companys plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
2) Schedule all activities for restaurant staff according to guidelines and ensure proper uniform of staff at all times and provide assist to all guest and administer all requirements for meals.
3) Monitor resources, ensuring the tools are available to deliver services that meet and exceed guest expectations
4) Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
5) Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
6) Receive complaints and resolve problems
7) Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
8) Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
9) Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
10) Prepare and submit performance reports
11) Suggest on reward and promotion based on performance
12) Recommend to hire and train new employees
13) Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
14) Look for ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
15) Oversee all work in shift and restock all supplies at end of shift and perform regular inspections on all equipments and recommend required repairs.
