Job Description :
- Arrange, organize, training worker and monitoring progress of daily work
Effectively control the costs on site.- Preparation of progress reports which include photographs, and daily reports.
Site coordination and meeting with consultant, maincon and workers.
- To handle and solve problems when quality issue or manpower issue raise.
Perform maintenance services on HVAC system.- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for related equipment.
Requirement :
- Willing to learn and willing to travel / Re-allocate to another workplace
Diploma / SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): mechanical, time management, trouble shooting
Willing to relocate at Johor Bahru site
