Project Title:
Inventory Management & PO closure
Description:
Work with manufacturing team to control & monitor inventory to reduce aging & open PO.
Scope:
Assist production to monitor & control inventory
Work with Engineering & QA team to release hold and move the inventory.
Consolidate the products qual data.
. Monitor PO TECO KPI & inventory KPI
Measure the OTD (On Time Delivery) for each shipment as per target delivery date.
Deliverables:
Each KPI need to meet target in tableau
Data integrity and Report readiness.
Stretched goal:
Recommend to handle a HVM products, inventory management & PO closure KPI
