An HR intern is responsible for administrative tasks in the HR department, including updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. They assist in recruiting, and employee training & development, supporting HR policies and procedures.
INTERN - HR
During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas: -
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in general human resource job
- Assist in Recruitment - Support the recruitment process by preparing job posting, sourcing for candidates, interview arrangement and job profiling test.
- Assist in Learning & Development - Assist in training needs, organize training programs and manage training record and report that align with organizational goals and employee development plans.
- Assist in Staff Welfare & Engagement activities - Send emails invitation to employees and follow up, when necessary on their company events.
- Assist in documentation - data entries into the HR system
- Assist in Industrial Relation job - support in documentation findings and record keeping.
- Other administrative work as and when is assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power point and basic skills in CANVA.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.
- Internship position(s) for duration above 3 month(s)
- Excellence verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu is a must.
