- School/University Selection
- Research and recommend suitable schools or universities that align with the students profile and aspirations.
- Provide information on admission requirements, deadlines, and other critical factors for selected institutions.
- Application Guidance
- Assist students in completing college or university applications, including personal statements and supplemental essays.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on application materials to enhance their quality and competitiveness.
- Interview Preparation
- Coach students for admission interviews, providing practice sessions and tips to boost their confidence and performance.
- Conduct mock interviews to simulate real interview scenarios and offer detailed feedback.
- Follow-up Support
- Maintain regular communication with students and their families throughout the application process.
- Provide ongoing support and answer any questions or concerns that arise during the application period.
- Workshops and Seminars
- Organize and conduct workshops or seminars on topics such as college selection, essay writing, and interview techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the education sector and share insights with students and families.
- Administrative Duties
- Keep detailed records of each students progress and maintain confidentiality of all personal information.
- Prepare and submit reports on the status of applications and outcomes to the supervisor or relevant department.
