This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategy Executive/Manager at Confidential in Shah Alam. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to strategic planning, market research, and management consulting to drive business growth and competitiveness.
- To ensure all projects or task are executed in compliance with company standards, as well as regulations where applicable
Assist in developing and refining the company's long-term strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth or improvement.
Support the design and implementation of transformation and change management initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue generation.- Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and effective resource utilization.
Develop and maintain performance metrics to track the progress of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to the Management.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with strategic initiatives, and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
Manage special projects and/or undertake any other tasks as required- Undertake general administrative tasks, schedule appointments, maintain the online and offline filing system & databases, etc.
Advise on most effective and appropriate method of presentation of information and assist in management meeting presentations.
- Anticipate and provide/collate all relevant documents through understanding the nature of the ongoing work/projects of the team.
To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the superior/ management.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make strategic decisions- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas

Bachelor Degree / Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
