1) Stakeholder Collaboration:_
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions with department leadership and key stakeholders.
- Gather input and perspectives from across the department to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
- Establish and maintain rapport with key external stakeholders who can contribute to the company's future direction.

2) Risk Management & Continuous Improvement_
- Identify and assess potential risk that could impact the company's strategic goals.
- Discuss opportunities to improve the process and implement changes.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal process on a regular basis.
- Monitor and update risk assessments regularly.

3) Strategic Planning:_
- Assist in conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities relevant to the department's strategic goals.
- Assist in coordinating special projects and tasks that require collaborations across departments.

4) Data Analysis and Market Research:_
- Develop data-driven to support the department's strategic plan.
- Assess KPI performance to identify areas for improvement.
_
5)Reporting:_
- Stay informed of any internal and external reporting requirements and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure consistency in communicating across all reports and presentations to maintain a unified strategic narrative.

Job Requirements:_
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
- Intermediate in Excel (understand the formula, chart, dashboard)
- Experience in business process improvement, minimum 2 years
- Experience in strategic planning. minimum 2 years
- Active and able to work offsite
-Knowledge in Interior Design is an added advantage.
-Good communication in Bahasa Melayu & English.
