Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the activities associated with the transportation of goods for Customers.
  • Efficient transport planning.
  • Track deliveries and trucks via GPS
  • .Respond to service requests timely.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service and operational issues.Review driver performance, attendance.
  • Respond to customer queried/ complaints/ feedbacks on a timely basis.
  • Assist/ oversee the daily scheduling activities.Ensure all deliveries are completed on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must posses at least SPM level or equivalent in any fields.
  • Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Able to communicate in BM, English and Mandarin-Responsible, well manner & willing to learn.
  • Can work as a team
