Overview
We are seeking a proactive Strategic Account Manager to launch our new city initiative in Johor. The ideal candidate will target the B2C and B2B markets for unit acquisition and source solid demand from Singapore, convincing property owners and developers of our robust tenant base and comprehensive management services.
Responsibilities
Business Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research and business intelligence to analyze traffic flow, occupancy rates, key resident demographics, prevalent occupations, and commuting patterns.
Market Research & Analysis: Identify potential property owners in Johor and explore collaboration opportunities with developers.
B2C and B2B Market Targeting: Develop and implement strategies to target the B2C and B2B markets for unit acquisition.
Client Acquisition: Source and acquire corporate clients in Singapore, focusing on securing long-term tenant commitments.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate clients.
Sales & Negotiation: Lead sales presentations and negotiations, demonstrating the value of our management services.
Occupancy Assurance: Assure property owners and developers of high occupancy rates by securing solid tenant demand prior to acquiring units.
End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire process from unit design and renovation to tenant acquisition, ensuring both supply and demand are met.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the property management industry.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the property market in Johor and Singapore.
Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Mobility: Willingness to be based in Johor Bahru with accommodation provided.
