- Assist with the daily monitoring and supervision of all warehouse activities and workers/laborers.
- Ensure the efficiency, accountability, and transparency of the goods delivery operations in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures.
- Prepare and complete orders accurately for delivery.
- Organize warehouse space and optimize space utilization.
- Lead regular inventory control. Conduct weekly and monthly stock count with high accuracy. Report any discrepancies.
- Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and repair of the warehouse. Conduct regular warehouse inspections to check for the presence of insects and rodents. Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe working environment daily.
- Ensure accurate and neat stacking of goods.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, safety, hygiene, and regulations. to Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
Job Requirement
a. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the food & beverage industry is required for this position.
b. Proven warehouse experience.
c. Well written, speaking and reading in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
