Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensures the neatness and cleanliness of the work place.
Prepare supplies to sub location as per request.
  • Ensures that the documentation is correct and complete.
Ensure that good received from vendors are accurate and in good condition. Immediate report to Head of Unit if there is different between purchased and receiving.
  • Ensures that all items are documented in the bin card and SQL
Ensures that stock are arrange and stored in orderly condition at all times and available to supply to sub location when requested. Immediate inform Senior Account Officer or Head of Dialysis Centre for item low stock and nil at store.
  • Head of Dialysis Centre & Senior Account Officer will performing regular random stock checking on the physical stock compare to system balance.
Performs regular random stock checking on the physical stock compare to system balance. Check the expiry of the stock.
  • Ensures stock balance accuracy and reports any inventory inaccuracies.
Coordinates with Head of Centre, Staff Nurse in charge to achieve optimum stock holding in location.
  • Able to work extra hours or when ever being called for duty by the in charge
Monitor condition of pharmacy store and all equipment used in the pharmacy and report any problems
  • or potential problem to superior
Checks the temperature of cold chain equipment every day and records the results on the temperature monitoring form.
  • Participate in the staff development program and subject to yearly performance evaluation.
Participate in the company improvement activities.
  • Comply with the company policy, rules and regulation.
Maintain the confidentiality of the company.
  • To take reasonable care at workplace for the safety of oneself, others and to comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety, health and environment as required.
Report all accidents / incidents and hazard to the superior and complete the Incident Report Form for each accident / incident.
  • To perform other related duties as assign.
