• Position: Store & Technical Assistant

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

• Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and ensuring products are well-presented and organized within the showroom.

Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to achieve positive outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.Store Operations: Contribute to the smooth operation of the store by performing tasks such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.

• Technical Support: Utilize your technical expertise to provide guidance on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sanitary ware products, including faucets, showers, toilets, and related accessories.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and innovations in the sanitary ware industry to effectively educate customers and promote our products.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a courteous and knowledgeable manner, offering expert advice and assistance in selecting sanitary wares that meet their needs and preferences.
