Job Description

Job Responsibility

Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels.
Ensure the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.
Ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
Checking Delivery Orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
Communicating and coordinating with other departments.
Develops and improves warehouse processes and procedures.
Escalates issues to manager and recommends potential solutions.
Ensures the team follows company policies and procedures.
Make sure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.
Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees.
Perform any other duties assigned by superiors when IT is deemed necessary from time to time.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business/Management/Logistics/ Operation
At least 3 years of Warehouse experience associate experience is required
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin - to deal with Chinese client
Effective communication with customers and internal staff is necessary
Good team leadership
