Responsibilities:- Responsible for work orders processing, goods receive, goods issue, stock allocation, picklist preparation.
Organise all warehouse activities and assign jobs for subordinates.- Monitor warehouse activities and supervising subordinates performances.
Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy (stock card & ERP system) and up-to-date.
- Communicate job expectations and coach subordinates.
Identify areas of improvement and establish good working procedures and practices.- Coordinate activities with other departments.
Checking Incoming Stock & update into ERP system.
- Ensure issuance of materials according to FIFO procedure properly implemented
Ensure loading and unloading process comply to customers audits requirements (e.g. Security Audit)- Organize monthly cycle count and annual stock check as per scheduled.
Assisting in verifying stock discrepancies.
- Organize warehouse space and optimize space utilization.
Conduct regular warehouse inspections ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment.- Any other duties as and when assigned by the superior.
- Possess minimum a Diploma qualification with 3 years of experience in warehouse management and/or material control.
Ability in enforcing procedures and regulations- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Hands on experience with warehouse management software and ERP software.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage storekeepers.
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.- Familiar with MS Office suite of software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and organize data.

* Good command in written and spoken Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- This role requires the candidate to communicate frequently with Mandarin-speaking overseas colleagues via email & WeChat.
