Duties and Responsibilities-Supporting Store Manager in daily operation and working under their direction.
-Efficient control of stocks, following up deliveries, shortages and internal store transfer.
- Build a strong sales and service business culture within his team members/workplace.
-Provide professional services to customers.
-Monitoring both individual and team job performance metrics.
-Providing staff with technical guidance and assistance.
-Assisting with other administrative tasks, when required.
-Ensure cash float, sales collection and monetary related amount are calculated accurately, stored carefully and bank in accordingly.
-Ensure store appearance is clean, presentable and all merchandise display follow Visual Merchandising guidelines.
-Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software
At least 3 year(s) and above of working experiences in the related field is required for this position or equivalent retail experience.
Proficiency in both written and spoken: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
