Job Responsibility
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels.
- Ensure the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.
- Ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Checking Delivery Orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments.
- Develops and improves warehouse processes and procedures.
- Escalates issues to manager and recommends potential solutions.
- Ensures the team follows company policies and procedures.
- Make sure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.
- Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees.
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors when IT is deemed necessary from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Management/Logistics/ Operation with 3+ Years of Experience
- Warehouse experience associate experience is requirement
- Proficiency in English, Malay, Mandarin - to deal with Chinese client
- Full-time positions available
- Effective communication with customers and internal staff is necessary
