RESPONSIBILITIES : To oversee the overall operations of the warehouse & production in compliance with companys policies and vision; and
To review and formulate standard operating procedures and Companys control system, so as to minimize operating costs, to ensure efficient inventory movement and security system of the store, including ISO and industrial standards; and
To train and to motivate staff so as to increase the level of staff performance for future manpower need and new store set-up/ expansion; and
Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization; and
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities. Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc); and
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided; and
Coordinate with respective departments to ensure smooth running of daily tasks; and
Perform any other related duties which are assigned by superior from time to time.
At least 3-5+ years of warehouse management experience; and
Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures & best practices; and
Experienced in warehousing complying to ISO & industrial standards; and
Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls; and
Ability to operate forklift effectively; and
Proficient computer skills, leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; and
Strong leadership and customer management abilities; and
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
