Job Responsibility
- Store Sales: Responsible for achieving store sales targets, which include goal decomposition, task follow-up, Data Analysis, formulating performance improvement plans, and so on.
- Employee management: responsible for store clerk interviews, entry, teaching, team building, employee care, etc.
- Product management: responsible for product inventory, product safety, store display, inventory analysis, etc.
- Store safety: responsible for store property, engineering maintenance with follow-up
- Store management: responsible for clerk scheduling and work arrangement, reception and maintenance of customers, solving daily customer complaints, etc.
- Communication with various departments of the company, etc.
Job Requirements
Location: IOI City Mall / Pavilion Bukit Jalil / Sunway Pyramid
- Must be able to speak Mandarin
- 1-3 years of store manager working experience or store operation management
- Strong practical experience in store management and working experience in multinational retail and other related brands are preferred
- Strong managementability, executive ability, and communication skills, able to withstand greater work intensity work pressure
- Have good expression skills, communication skills, and training skills, and have data processing and report analysis abilities
- Proficient in computer and Office software
