Responsibilities
- Achieve company set targets, including but not limited to sales, client experience, and operational efficiency.
- Execute sales plans and actions as assigned
- Provide market insights and clients feedbacks to merchandising department
- Provide insights to clients interests to marketing and communications department
- Work closely with visual merchandising for displays as to attract clients attention
- Work closely with other stores in the region to achieve overall sales goal, enhancing sell through and profit margin
- Build client database by recruiting new clients, and appropriate clienteling is in place so clients return
- Provide immaculate client experience, and coach the team of the same
- Provide after sale service, answering client queries, ensuring proper follow ups, and issues are properly addressed and closed
- Ensure the back of house is well maintained, stocks are properly stored and other non-merchandise are adequately stocked
- Responsible for regular stock takes and stock level accuracy
- Lead the team with engagement and empowerment, guiding the team through by example, ensure the team is well equipped with skill sets required for sales, client services and operations
- Manage the team's performance by providing feedbacks on regular basis and take appropriate actions when improvements required
Qualifications
- 10 years of retail sales experience with at least 4 years in management
- Open-mindedness, positive attitude
