We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boutique Manager to join our prestigious luxury fashion / jewellery / timepiece maisons. Our client is a renowned Luxury conglomerate that owns several high-end luxury brands and is looking potential candidate to join the brand family!
Responsibilities:
Brand Representation
- Uphold and promote the brand's image, values, and luxury standards at all times.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, influencers, and local fashion communities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing and motivated team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction.
Sales and Customer Service
- Lead by example and actively engage with customers to deliver a personalized, luxury shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand's products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and sell to client.
- Set sales targets and closely monitor individual and team performance to drive sales growth.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Operations and Visual Merchandising
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Monitor and analyse sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to implement marketing initiatives and promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as a Boutique Manager or similar role within the luxury retail industry
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- In-depth knowledge of luxury market, trends, and product
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead minimum 10 headcounts in the store
