Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boutique Manager to join our prestigious luxury fashion / jewellery / timepiece maisons. Our client is a renowned Luxury conglomerate that owns several high-end luxury brands and is looking potential candidate to join the brand family!

Responsibilities:

Brand Representation

  • Uphold and promote the brand's image, values, and luxury standards at all times.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, influencers, and local fashion communities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction.

Sales and Customer Service

  • Lead by example and actively engage with customers to deliver a personalized, luxury shopping experience.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand's products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and sell to client.
  • Set sales targets and closely monitor individual and team performance to drive sales growth.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Operations and Visual Merchandising

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Monitor and analyse sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team to implement marketing initiatives and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years as a Boutique Manager or similar role within the luxury retail industry
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury market, trends, and product
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead minimum 10 headcounts in the store
