Job Description- Based in Johor Bahru (Taman Universiti)
Develop SOP and implement loss & prevention procedures to reduce risks, and prevent theft, fraud, and loss.- Lead in identifying and investigating internal thefts and fraud in the store that can lead to company losses.
Monitor and analyze CCTV footage to identify incidents/potential threats to determine areas of concern and take immediate action.
- Conduct internal investigations audits and implement compliance procedures and policies.
Prepare internal reports on any related incidents, investigations, and loss prevention initiatives to management.- Assist with monitoring inventory accuracy and proper product labeling.
Record proper documentation and compliance with company policy and the law.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Develop/Evaluate and monitor procedure/ strategies/SOP/documentation/specification/records and to ensure they are in compliance with daily practice/operation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to security and loss prevention.
Able to travel frequently including outstation.
- Based in KK Mart Headquarters
