Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Keep accurate records of bakery ingredients like flour, sugar, and yeast.
  • Track stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Regularly count inventory and update records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely, accurate deliveries.
  • Check incoming supplies for damage or discrepancies and report issues to suppliers.
  • Label and store ingredients properly, following food safety rules.
  • Keep storage areas organized and clean to prevent contamination.
  • Prepare and package ingredients for retail or commercial orders.
  • Ensure accuracy and secure packaging for all orders.
  • Maintain detailed records of deliveries, stock movements, and suppliers.
  • Keep records up to date for tracking and audits.
  • Ensure the store meets health, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Clean and maintain storage spaces to prevent contamination and pests.
  • Help customers find ingredients and answer product questions.
  • Address customer complaints or issues with products or deliveries.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, preference for experienced candidates.
  • Must have at least an SPM certificate or related field qualification.
  • Must have a positive attitude and be able to work as part of a team.
  • Independent, motivated, and innovative.
  • Energetic, hardworking, proactive, and reliable.
  • Full-time position available.
