Job Description

OVERVIEW

The Store Admin Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store by handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the store management team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • JOB DESCRIPTION
Check and verify outgoing quantities and specifications received by customers with the quantities delivered as per the Delivery Order (DO).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and related to the Store operations transactions in the system.
Assist the Store Supervisor in performing regular cycle counts and stock take activities according to the schedule.
  • Responsible for filing, packing, labelling, and preparing samples for customers as per instructions from Management/Store Supervisor.
Update weekly reports on raw materials status.
  • Update daily reports on steel pallet status.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately in accordance with Store requirements.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the store's filing system and documentation.
Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management/Store Supervisor.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management/Store Supervisor.
Promptly report any issues related to the Store department to the Management/Store Supervisor.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum SPM / Equivalent.
  • Candidate with 2-3 years of experience in Store background is given an advantage.
Fresh Grad are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with retail management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Can follow instructions given by the Management/Store Supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,500.00 per month
