- Admin Assistant Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for inventory management of all stocks.
- To assist in stock taking for incoming and outgoing inventory.
- To conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock records in accordance with SOP, to maintain inventory data accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
- To manage store activities and conditions, including stock monitoring, stock checking, stock arrangement, rack conditions, labeling and record updates. Eg: Properly storing inventory to prevent theft.
- Update required data in database system.
- Support general operational tasks.
-Candidate must possess at least diploma.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
-Good computer skills such as MS Office is an added advantage.
-Strong sense of responsibility with your work, positive working attitude and a strong team player.
-Being attentive, proactive and willing to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
