Job description- To ensure all pots and kitchen equipment is washed daily as per routine requirement.
To clean all in-patient trays and food ware and ensure is dust free and pest free.- To clean all caf or events plates, glassware, flatware, chaffing dishes.
To top up all area kitchen towels.
- To ensure bain-marie and caf area is clean before and after operation.
To top up plates and take-away boxes for buffet lines.- To complete weekly task list on cleaning schedule.
To clean drainage of all kitchen and food service compound.
- To do inventory count half yearly and report to superior.
To do month count on chemical usage and balance.- To ensure all lighting is off before operation closed.
To ensure floor mopping and scrubbing is done daily after operation ends.
- To ensure washing machine is clean after operation ends.
To report to the superior if there are any technical errors happen on the washing machine.- To ensure chemical dosage ratio mixing is follow by the standard requirement.
Minimum of 1 year related working experience in F&B or wash ware experience is advantage.- Ware wash skill is advantage.
Can work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Good customer services attitude and personality
Having Food Handling Cert is an added advantage Only applicable for Malaysian
