We are looking for a kitchen staff that is commited, and possess relevant experience to the position they are applying for. They must be able to be assign for outstation duties and able to work and adapt to the island lifestyle. We are a small team in which an overall professional kitchen skill is an added advantage.
- Washes dishes, glasses, pots and all utensils used in the food and beverage outlets.
Cleans floors in all areas of kitchen and associated area including the staff cafeteria and chefs office.- Cleans working tables and kitchen equipment, e.g. stoves, griddles, salamander, steam bottles, frying pans, mixers, slicers, food warmers or any other piece of equipment used in the department.
Cleans silver, copper or any other special type of equipment, including burnishing and polishing.
- Cleans all kitchen hoods and elevator landings.
Perform any additional duties required by Manager.
