Stall Assistant

We are starting our journey by offering delectable Biryani rice at our vibrant food stall located in a popular shopping mall. Our goal is to expand our presence by opening additional outlets in various shopping malls and developing a strong online presence and branding. • Position: Stall Assistant

• Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide excellent customer service.

Order Preparation: Prepare and serve Biryani rice and other menu items according to AZ Foods standards.Payment Handling: Process customer payments accurately, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Sales Skills: Utilize selling skills to promote menu items and increase sales at the stall.

Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stall, ensuring a hygienic and inviting environment for customers.

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and replenishing stock levels, ensuring that all supplies are available and properly stored.Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and other staff members to ensure smooth stall operations.

• Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic math skills for handling payments and operating the POS system.

Proven selling skills with the ability to promote and upsell menu items.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
