Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to identify prospective talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct reference check.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Employer Branding expertise.
  • Interviewing abilities.
  • Excellent Recruiting skills.
  • Experience in managing and executing recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • A Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Comprehensive skill to converse and write in English & Mandarin.
