Job Description
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- ESA is expected to work closely with engineer and project manager in daily activities
- Executing task assign by project manager
- Project documentation & logistic work, raise internal support request, ECO (Engineering Change Order) and MCO (Manufacturing Change Order)
- Manage BOM (Bill of Material) and component inventory
- To submit PR (Purchase Requisition) and PO (Purchase Order) tracking
- Project coordination
- Manage manufacturing prototype job or qualification job request
- New component part number creation (Experiences with electronic component attributes is a plus)
- To work collaboratively with internal cross functional teams such as PCB, Test, compliance, manufacturing, and others based on project requirement.
- Demonstrate great teamwork and ability to interact across R&D and manufacturing team.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- This position requires a diploma or degree with relevant working experience.
- Candidate must have good experience in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook & Teams.
- Ability to work, learn independently and to manage time effectively in a fast-paced high-tech work environment.
- Positive team player & passionate in problem solving.
- Multi-tasking.
- Ability to set priorities to meet regular deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Preferable for <2 years Experience (Fresh Graduates with relevant internship background encourage to apply. Please state your CGPA in the resume)
Preferable tool and process knowledge of Agile and Oracle.
