Job Description
Applicable to all New Product Development
Accountable for the achievement of project targets in terms of quality, cost and on-time delivery.
Understand and implement all the relevant Product Innovation Framework PIF as per Bosch procedure
Utilize the project documentation application using PMT
Responsible for managing the project risk management and coordinating the needed risk assessments and communicating with the relevant stakeholders.
Apply all processes according to valid PT and Bosch procedures published in BGN
Support and takeover special tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in project management, preferably in the design and development environment, experience using Scrum and agile methodology.
Excellent communication skill and able to present ideas and concepts to different target audients.
Understanding of plastic injection molding and electronic knowledge
Strong analytical skills and planning skills.
Entrepreneurial thinking with creative problem solving skills.
Team player and able to build trust in the workplace.
