Job Description
Write and develop existing upgrade or new automated programming coding for customized test-rig/equipment.
Responsible for hardware system microprocessor selection and I/O module integration.
Tracing and troubleshooting knowledge of programming bugs.
Lead in providing technical support and troubleshooting for test device or equipment failures
Review technical solutions, advice on solutions, empower and guide team members.
Lead in pursuing lab digitalization topic in tandem with Business Unit's Objectives & Key Results (OKR)
Responsible to achieve development target in quality and time for the specific technical area.
Responsible as lead to develop the necessary test device/equipments with cooperation with Test Engineers
Define sourcing and purchase of maintenance spare parts inventory for test device and equipment
Create new preventive maintenance procedures and methods (if necessary) in cooperation with Test Engineers.
Perform testing and commissioning works and release of verification report for test device and equipment.
Create and maintain technical documentation
Follow the test device project schedule according to new test device setup process
Apply all processes according to valid PT and Bosch procedures published in BGN
Support and take over special tasks on section and department level as assigned by the superior
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of professional experience in machine setup and maintenance area or 3 years of professional experience in a different engineering area.
Preferably experience in testing of consumer goods, household appliances, electronics, and mechanical parts.
Proven knowledge and usage implementation in Labview, C++, PLC programming is a must
Exposure to the design and/or manufacturing process of plastic and metal components.
Good understanding of test specifications and test methods
Team player
Understanding cause-effect relationships of technical details
PC applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Minitab
Working in international project teams using English.
Team player with exceptional communication skills and leadership skills
