Responsibility And Tasks:
To ensure that the supply of materials meet the production schedule and identified stock levels to ensure operational and production continuity.
Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement.
Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
Coordinating with other departments including manufacturing, quality and purchasing regarding production goals, timelines, etc.
Understand and manage risks to minimise impact on production schedule.
Utilise any Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) or IT system that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required.
Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy.
Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns.
Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations
Conducts business by using appropriate judgment for actions, maintains high standard of work behaviours.
Support System improvement activities/special projects as assigned.
Ensure the accuracy of inventory and achieving company stated inventory accuracy levels.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management, or related field is preferred with minimum 5 years experiences.
Possess good interpersonal, analytical and communications skill.
Experience in planning and SAP/Oracle knowledge will be advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with numbering
Has positive attitude and team spirit.
