Duties And Responsibilities
- In your new role, you lead, develop and coach the team of the Regional Process Coordination for Finance and Asset Management. You are responsible for rolling out globally harmonized business processes in the area of Finance and supporting in case of special legal or business requirements.
- You will be consulting group companies and SSC on Finance and Asset Management topics, ensuring the global knowledge transfer and performing training if required.
- You will be reliable to coordinate and lead deployments of standard processes for all B. Braun companies in the region.
- In this role the team builds the interface between the Global Process Coordination, regional stakeholders and the IT-department.
- Responsible for the KPI performance of the Regional Process Coordinator (FI) in Malaysia.
- You and your team will contribute to global projects and continuous global process improvements in collaboration with the Global Process Coordination team and the regional stakeholders.
- Analyze processes and identify improvement potentials in processes and align it with the Global Process Coordinator team.
- You will support the S/HANA implementation for Finance and Asset Management on the global level and take over responsibility for all topics in this area for your region.
- In addition to the listed tasks in the area of responsibility, there is an obligation to carry out individual tasks assigned by the supervisor, as part of their area of responsibility, or resulting from operational necessity.
Professional competencies
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or similar.
- A business expert in SAP FI module / asset management experience (including knowledge of SAP customizing); knowledge of Sales & Distribution / Material Management or Concur that link to finance is welcome. No product costing knowledge required.
- Experience in international projects and intercultural cooperation.
- 5 to 10 years accounting experience in multi-national corporate organization with at least 2 years experience in managing a team with excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of process analysis, process management and governance.
- Knowledgeable about tax regulations (like the different VAT and custom taxes) in APAC countries.
- Skills in other foreign languages like Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Hindi and Thai is an advantage.
