Job Summary
The Senior FP&A, APAC, plays a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis activities for the region. This position reports to the FP&A Manager and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience. Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable, and proficiency in financial modelling is a must. Knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools is an advantage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, business acumen, and the ability to manage and enhance the business planning and reporting process
Key Responsibility
Develop and maintain financial models to support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes for the APAC Region
Provide insightful analysis of financial performance and trends to senior management, highlighting key areas for improvement and growth opportunities
Collaborate with business partners across the organization to understand their financial needs and provide strategic support
Lead efforts to improve and streamline the business review process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A
Support the FP&A Manager in ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required
Qualification and Skill
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
Strong financial modelling skills with a deep understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators
Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is preferred
Audit Firm experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and cross-function
Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
