- Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.
- Determine manufacturing processes and calculate machine and operator loads.
- The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Diploma with 5 years Experience.
- Able to manage a group of production supervisor and executive. (140-190 Headcounts).
- Result oriented in term production KPI delivery such as Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery.
- Able to analyse data and knowledge in problem solving techniques.
- Good critical thinking process. Experience in talent & succession planning.
- Fluent Spoken and writing Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Preferably in havign experience in counselling and mentoring
- Preferably in having good knowledge in lean manufacturing and agile manufacturing concept.
- Preferably in having good knowledge in SAP/MES
