KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and lead the execution of advanced digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI across multiple platforms.
Oversee and actively execute media buying and analysis across key digital platforms such as Google, Meta, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and others, ensuring optimal allocation of budgets and resources.
Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to the digital marketing team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Lead cross-functional projects to integrate e-commerce strategies with broader digital marketing efforts, enhancing customer acquisition and retention.
Analyze complex data sets from various sources to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and marketing optimizations.
Ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with the global principals direction while tailoring strategies for local market relevance and creative localization.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging tools, and technologies to continuously improve digital marketing practices and stay ahead of competitors.
Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering a collaborative environment and helping them achieve their objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, agencies, and internal teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Implement advanced A/B testing and other experimental approaches to continually refine and enhance campaign performance.
Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to achieve business goals.
Report on the performance of all digital marketing activities to senior management, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or an equivalent field.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in media buying, campaign management, and digital strategy.
Strong expertise in both executing and overseeing media buying and analysis on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and other e-commerce platforms.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team guidance skills, with experience managing and developing junior team members.
Advanced knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Shopify, GA4) and a high level of proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence.
Willing to work in Damansara Heights.
