Where you come in:
Serve as a liaison between Manufacturing Operations and IT to deliver MES configuration updates
Provide guidance and support to MES users including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving reported issues
Interview internal/external users to define business process, document business requirements and translate into proper system requirements specifications, user stories in alignment with agile principals.
Participate in meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit business and technical requirements for new integration solutions and enhancements to existing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, MFG, QA, etc.) on User Acceptance Testing and End User Training.
Partner with IT to develop Camstar workflows for new product introductions and sustaining manufacturing process improvement projects.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for Manufacturing enterprise applications such as Camstar and Oracle; including training, workflow configuration, workflow validation etc.
Conduct user requirements analysis and partner with IT to develop solutions in support of the Operations System Integration project.
Ensure effective communication and interaction with cross-functional departments.
Provide consistent updates to all cross-functional teams on integration project status Other duties as assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an invidividual must be able to analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
Qualifications and/or Requirements:
Previous experience with Manufacturing Enterprise Applications such as Camstar, Oracle, etc.
A Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years relevant experience working in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment

Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
