Key responsibilities : - Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by assisting customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
- Sales: Support sales initiatives and contribute to meeting store sales targets.
- Store Operations: Learn and assist with daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store layout.
- Team Leadership: Work closely with the store management team to learn how to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Training: Participate in training programs to understand all aspects of retail management.
- Problem-Solving: Help address customer concerns and resolve any issues that arise in the store.
- Cash Handling: Assist with cash register operations, including processing payments and handling returns.
Minimum SPM.- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Travel Allowance :
